Thanks for the embarrising photo Joe. Yes I went onto continue my drum corps career with one of the big boys in the activity. Other St Mary Cadeys alumni were also members of the Sunrisers, notably, Pete and Dave Franceschina and John Griffin. Check out Suns site for more photos and music. www.sunrisers.com

Hi Everyone! I've spent the evening enjoying all the memories...so saddened to hear about Gary Brown. I also graduated in 1971 with him, although in another class. I have lots of good memories hanging around with him at 116th Street in the Rockaways, after getting off the bus we took from 61st Street in Woodside. I'm living in Bellerose ; my brother John Ganz graduated in 1974 and my sister Karin Ganz Speizia graduated in 1981. Hello especially to Joe T, Josephine P, Jack A, and Eileen S. Hope to hear from you all again! - Heidi

Hi Heidi, Nice to bump into you on the message boards. Are you going to make the reunion? I was thinking about going, but I'm not sure. There are days when walking to school at St. Mary's feels like yesterday, and then there are days when it seems a lifetime away. I'm thinking it might be really wierd yet really wonderful to be back there for an event like the reunion. I live in Huntington and have a 7 year old son. How about you? Josephine

Hi, Heidi--at least I get to talk with you this way! An annual Christmas card leaves a lot of unknowns! Haven't spoken with Joanne for a while, have you? Anytime I've called Diane L., just get the answering machine. Still running the waitress business; also working 9-5 on T, W & F locally. Robert is at Ft. Jackson, S.C. (Army Reserve); got hurt the thirdday he was there! Still getting treatment. Will fill you in when we finally get together! Love to all at home!
Hey Jackie, that is a great picture! You always looked good in uniform (even though it was a Sunriser one!)
JoJo - of course you should come to the Homecoming Day! I was back at St. Mary's gym about four years ago-one of my sons had a basketball game there. Talk about memory lane! It was a lot smaller than I remembered but I swear I could hear Sr. Christine Terese yelling! Besides, it's an easy way for a lot of us to get together one shot. Hope you decide to come.
Joe T - did you get my e-mail? I'm new to this (technilogically impaired according to my older boys).

Hi Heidi, How is one of our Alumni's greatest Teachers? ;D I'm not sure if I will be making the reunion just yet. So much to reschedule here in Md. Great to see you on the Boards! Hey y'all to everyone else. Can you hear the south in my writing? Peace, Joe Tomazic

Eileen -
Sorry about that, everyone. I caught that error, too. Dann graduated 1967, Gary graduated 1971!
It's still tough losing Gary, but with all the fond rememberances of him from St. Mary's, it's so good to know he lives on in our hearts. That means a lot to me, folks.
PLEASE E-mail me at clubsodacentral@hotmail.com
Luv Ya All!
Dann
